Jag översätter ett avtal om tillverkning av byggelement för hus, och då står det så här i avsnittet om föremål för avtalet:

Vad kan man översätta Deed of examination med, finns det någon motsvarande svensk fackterm? Besiktningsacceptans?

Deed is ambiguous in English for the document (as here) or act - that's why my hunch is that 'akt' will fit both scenarios. However, years of translating - or trying to translate - (SVE) protokollen > (ESP) el protocolo - (FRE) le protocole in ENG civil engineering contracts tell me that building 'protocol' (minute of accepteance of building etc.) cannot be ruled out.
