Hola:
No sé cómo traducir closeouts en este contexto. Se trata de un contrato de representación entre un hotel y una empresa que le realiza las reservas.

Las opciones que aparecen en diccionarios e internet para closeout (liquidación, cancelación, cierre) no creo que encajen bien en el contexto que copio a continuación.

Al principio pensé que se trataba de cancelaciones de reserva, pero no me encaja en frases como: Reservations made prior to the closeout time must be honoured...

También pensé que podía tratarse de un cierre que hace el hotel al final del turno o de la jornada laboral, pero tampoco me encaja en frases como: Hotel is responsible for (...) reservations taken prior to closeouts being received

Estos son los párrafos:
2.2.2 Hotel is responsible for claims on reservations not honoured due to over bookings and reservations taken prior to closeouts being received or in the event the Hotel fails to report a closeout.
2.2.3 Closeouts: Hotel closeouts sent to its reservation representative via fax will be processed immediately upon receipt except for weekend arrivals, which must be received before 2:00 EST on Fridays. Closeouts done by the hotel via the Internet are updated immediately by the system. Reservations made prior to the closeout time must be honoured or comparable alternate accommodations found for the guest(s).
