Quizá una manera más escueta de expresarlo sería decir que:

"invertir la rotación de los ventiladores......"
(Puesto que no sabemos cómo se realiza, bien instalándolos de forma diferente o modificándolos)

Y utilizaría "los" en lugar de "sus", que en realidad es un anglicismo. En castellano ya presuponemos que no vas a modificar el funcionamiento de los ventiladores de tu vecino :-)
