Estoy traduciendo un artículo sobre la teoría de la adaptación-innovación de kirton y no sé como traducir el término “Bridger”

Bridging is reaching out to people in the team and helping them to be part of it so that they may contribute even if their contribution is outside mainstream.

Bridgers are important in maintaining group cohesion and can significantly reduce problem B by redirecting
group energy to solving problem A. The bridger fills the roles of counselor, mediator, and
negotiator. However, bridging is a learned skill, one that SNCOs should practice in order to be effective.
