Tengo dudas con la traducción de "each".

there were 2 subjects each with herpes zoster and pneumonia and 1 subject each with pneumonia pneumococcal, sinusitis, and arthritis bacterial.

Se refiere a que 2 sujetos tuvieron herpes zóster y 2 sujetos tuvieron neumonía y 1 sujeto tuvo neumonía neumocócica, 1 sujeto tuvo sinusitis y un sujeto tuvo artritis bacteriana?

Explanation:
Había 2 pacientes, cada uno de los cuales presentaba herpes zóster y neumonia; y un paciente que presentaba neumonia neumocócica, sinusitis y artritis bacterial.

Y coincido en que algo decididamente no cierra en la redacción del texto original.
