cobertura excesiva / insuficiente Explanation: Aquí puedes ver gráficamente (Fig. 1) a qué hace referencia overhang -tibial component overhang (TOH)- y underhang -tibial component underhang (TUH)-, en tanto que mínimos desajustes en la cobertura del extremo tibial por la prótesis (bandeja), como excesos (overhang; cobertura excesiva; la prótesis, mínimamente sobredimensionada, sobresale por encima de la meseta) o defectos (underhang; cobertura insuficiente; la prótesis se queda corta en un extremo no cubriendo completamente la meseta).
