Hola,
se trata de un caso de una mujer que tiene cancer y se va a USA con su´oncologo español, en el informe del caso aparece mencionado como dicho "home surgeon" acompaña a la paciente a diario para comprobar el tratamiento que recibe.
"home surgeon"? sé lo que es, pero no como traducirlo.
