Hola a todos, estoy traduciendo los beneficios incluidos en un plan odontológico y dice lo siguiente:

Mi duda es con dowel pin porque dowel puede ser espiga, pero espiga y perno son sinónimos por lo que he visto y con build-up, que en la memoria del cliente me sale como reconstrucción, pero no estoy segura por una imagen que vi en internet y se ve más bien como una estructura o relleno.
Alguna sugerencia?
