Por favor ayúdenme con la traducción de "power arm" ya que tengo confusión, no se si se trata de brazo de potencia, brazo de fuerza o brazo de palanca o si los tres términos son sinónimos...

"Power-arms can be both fixed, welded or removable and inserted into brackets. The variation in the point of force application is limited only by the anatomy and the consideration for the patient’s comfort. On the buccal side, a power-arm can only have limited height and the desired line of action of the force can therefore not always be generated. However, palatally it is possible to apply a force even above the CR. Varying the level of the points of force application allows the clinician to choose the direction and inclination of the line of action of the force with respect to the CR and thereby to control the tooth movement"
