Espero que puedan ayudarme con una expresión al español relacionada con un acuerdo de distribución de equipos médicos: “Affiliate”. He encontrado “Filial”, pero no me queda del todo claro. Muchas gracias:

“Affiliate” of a Party refers to a company, partnership or other legal entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with such Party. An entity should be deemed to control another entity if it controls directly or indirectly at least 51% of assets of the other entity.
