Hola, estoy traduciendo un contrato y tengo una duda con la siguiente oración:

The price for the Products manufactured by XXX (the “Product Price”), and due by PRINCIPAL to XXX, shall be calculated on a cost plus mark-up basis.

Quisiera que alguien me confirme si en este caso el "due by" está bien traducido:

"El Precio de los Productos fabricados por XXX (el “Precio del Producto”) y que el TITULAR le debe a XXX será calculado en base al costo más un margen de precio"

Explanation:
Tiene más lógica "pagar un precio" que "deber un precio". Pagadero es otra definición de "due" (diccionario de Guillermo Cabanellas). Espero te sea útil.
