Medical - Insurance / Overpayment notice
English term or phrase: True Up
Hello. I am translating an overpayment notice. There is a part where it indicates the "Reason Claim was Overpaid" where it lists "Part D True Up." I have determined that "Part D" is a prescription drug coverage plan offered by Medicare, but I can't find what "true up" means or how to translate it into Spanish.

Here is a document where it mentions "true up" in what I believe to be the same context: http://www.ncpa.co/pdf/dir-faq.pdf

This is for U.S. Spanish.
