Creo que no Laura. Me parece que (bueno, diría "seguro" pero prefiero pecar de modestia) "serve with" es una "collocation" habitual.

Te propongo un truquillo:

Copia y pega la siguiente secuencia de búsqueda en Google:

"military * detachment"

Si haces esto, obtendrás resultados en los que aparce "military" seguido de otros términos, seguidos a suz vez por "detachment".

Lo del asterisco puede ser muy útil para encajar oraciones en las que conoces el principio y el final, pero de las que dudas lo que debería ir entre medias.

Asker: Es cierto que "detachment" significa "destacamento" pero mi desconcierto viene por el hecho de la preposición "with". ¿No podría entonces aquí, significar "objetividad"? ¿Por qué el uso de la preposición "with"?
