Explanation:
Significa lo que indica la otra respuesta, que la cuota de inscripción es gratuita, pero en póquer se suele dejar en inglés o traducir como "entrada gratuita". Por lo menos así lo traducimos en un sitio web dedicado al póquer con el que trabajo regularmente.
