café económico Explanation: As you say, I think 'value coffee' refers to the fact that it is inexpensive, something anything can buy in a supermarket. For that in Spanish we would just use 'café económico'. Might I just add that 'café excepcional' for 'rare coffee' doesn't sound quite right to me... maybe 'café de alta gama' or even 'cafés gourmet' or 'café de (alta) calidad'. The different types of coffees available are staggering - it is turning into a very popular market and people are willing to pay a lot of money for good quality coffee!
