Se trata de una base de cereales para una torta. No entiendo por qué habla de "treat" realmente, pero mucho menos entiendo por qué habla en la lista de ingredientes de "Cereal Treats" en pluralo, cuando claramente se trata de una única base para la torta.

Seguramente se trata de un “galletón” de cereal, como base para la tarta. Pero al buscar imágenes para “cereal treats”, puede verse que en muchos casos son un número de “galletitas” de cereales, por lo que imagino que esa base de cereales está hecha a base de superponer y agrupar las galletitas de cereal, en un círculo compacto como “cimientos” de la suculenta tarta... “Treat” entonces se entendería como “biscuit”, o sea “galletita” o “bizcochuelo.
