"Bun[s] have two parts, the head part with sesame seed is the “crown” and the bottom base part is the “heal” . Now on the heal put one slice of cheese and on the crown drizzle some tomato ketchup and some mustard sauce, place some onion, 4 pickles (per burger) and then another slice of cheese." http://ayeshahaq.com/tag/cheese/ Aquí se mencionan en una patente, aunque si definiciones: "In a preferred use, baked goods such as sandwich buns are fed into toaster inlet 222 as a matched pair of heal and crown. Conveyors may convey the bun heal and bun crown at approximately the same speed so that the heal and crown exit vertical toaster 220 via exit chute 226 approximately at the same time, thus keeping bun crown and heal pairs together." http://www.google.com/patents/US20040208961 "Abriremos el pan integral de semillas a la mitad. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 3 hrs (2013-07-19 08:12:28 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Tercer párrafo arriba: quería decir "aunque siN definiciones". -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 4 hrs (2013-07-19 09:42:22 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Otro error, casi al final: debería leerse "la "crown" (la tapa, la parte SUPERIOR)". |
