¿A qué se refiere "low-heat" cuando en el campo de producción de leche y lácteos?
Encontré est definición, pero sigo sin saber qué quiere decir exactamente ni com decirlo en español.

Spray dried Skim Milk Powder Low Heat is the powder resulting from the removal of fat and water from fresh milk from bovine cows. The product shall be made from fresh, sweet milk to which no preservative, alkali, neutralizing agent or other chemical has been added and which has been pasteurized. Milk proteins, milk permeate or lactose may be added to standardize protein concentration.

Mi contexto es:
The skimmed milk was used fresh for most of the crossflow filtration and reconstitued from a “low heat” Bovine Skim Milk Powder (provided by LRTL, INRA, Rennes) for dead-end filtration.
