Denver, Ham and Cheese, Plain, served with Hash Browns (Egg beaters available upon request)
http://www.eggbeaters.com/products.jsp
gracias!

Egg Beaters (sustituto/alternativa al huevo)
Explanation:
Egg Beaters is the name of a brand of egg substitute/replacement for people who, for some reason, can't eat egg.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Egg_Beaters

Since it's a brand, the best option is to leave the name as-is and, if necessary, to add a short description in parentheses. See an example of the brand name being used in a Spanish book:

neutral  Alex Lago: It's not an egg substitute, it is prepared with actual eggs but has no yolks but they do something to it (apart from to the "whites" version) that makes it look like egg, so it si more like a "sucedáneo de huevo a base de clara de huevo"
