Leche desnatada,pan integral o naturista,aves sin piel o pellejo Explanation: I think that for "lowfat milk" the most suitable translation would be:" leche desnatada" or "leche de bajas calorías". For "whole grain bread" it is almost literal: "pan integral" or "pan naturista". "Skinless poultry" is almost literal also: "pollo o ave sin piel o pellejo" Best regards and good luck!
