Es un comentario del Times de Londres sobre un programa de televisión acerca de volcanes, piedras y cosas reacionadas con la Geologia. La frase completa es:

"This program makes rocks rock"

Es su sentido literal podriamos decir que "este programa hace que las rocas se muevan", pero creo que se refiere al sentido popular de cuando algo le gusta a la gente porque es bueno o de calidad.
