El documento en cuestión es un título universitario pero viene con un texto sobre puesto del secretario del condado sobre el Notario que parece sella el documento.

"I, XXX, do hereby certify that XXX, the notary public before whome the within acknowledgement was made, was the time of taking the same authorized by the laws of the State of New York to take acknowledgements and proofs of deeds of conveyances for lands, tenements and hereditaments situate..."

Yo, XXX, por la presente certifico que XXX, el Notario Público ante el cual se ha realizado dicho reconocimiento, se encontraba en el momento de recibir el mismo, autorizado por las leyes del Estado de Nueva York a otorgar el certificado de reconocimiento notarial o legalización de escrituras traslativas de dominio, así como tenencias y herencias situadas...
