Hola,

No acabo de estar segura respecto al concepto "conditional caution" que aparece en un certificado de penales británico.

"This certificate contains details of unspent convictions and conditional cautions."

Una "conditional caution" es:
"A Conditional Caution is issued if the offender admits the offence and accepts the condition(s). If the conditions are complied with or completed within the timescales determined, the case is finalised and there is no prosecution. If, however, the conditions are not complied with, a prosecution may follow."

"Las conditional cautions no son más que las simple cautions a las que se añade el cumplimiento de una o más condiciones. [...] buscan reparar el daño causado por el
delito y reducir el riesgo de reincidencia proporcionando la posibilidad de que el sujeto sea rehabilitado."

Había pensado en "medidas cautelares condicionales" (???) pero no es exactamente lo mismo. Any ideas?
