Se trata de una sociedad intermedia entre la anónima y la colectiva. Es increible que incluso Alcaraz Varó caiga en este error tan común. Hay que consultar diccionarios mololingues para verlo. La Joint stock company no puede ser una sociedad anónima pues carece de limitacion de responabilidad como ocurre en estas últimas, aunque si comparte con ella su caracter capitalista ( capital en acciones )
