7.6 Unwinding Costs
7.6.1 The Lender shall notify the Borrower of any costs, expenses and losses incurred, and gains and benefits received, by the Lender as a result of:
(a) any failure by the Borrower to pay any amount payable under this Agreement on its due date;

(d) any prepayment of all or any portion of the Loan on a date other than an Interest Payment Date;
....
(f) any other circumstance that causes the Lender to unwind their funding or
hedging arrangements in respect of the Loan save where such unwinding
is solely due to circumstances relating to the Lender and unrelated to the
actions or omissions of the Borrower.
