1. z kontextu vety mi vyplyva podmienka, teda ze preklad by mal byt "nemaju za nasledok......(v pripade, ze) AK zalozca prekroci svoje pravomoci."

2. generally binding legal regulation je vseob. zavazny pravny predpis, nie vseob. zavazne nariadenie , VZN, lebo vzn vydavaju organy uzemnej samospravy, a VZPP vydavaju statne organy.

3. v zmluvach pouziva anglictina buduci cas SHALL, ale slovenske zmluvy pouzivaju pritomny cas, teda nie "nebudu mat za nasledok" ale "NEMAJU za nasledok".
