neviem co sa pouziva v s.j. v zmluvach, ale toto je vyznam toho co hladate
vypiste si napr. agreed to "by and between " najdete vysledok

Co znamena nielen medzi ale kym (teda oboma stranami, zrejme predlozene poziadavky dohody) a medzi (oboma navzajom), osobne v tom vidim rozdiel.
