Predpoklady: original je UK English text zo zmluvy, preklad je urceny SK pravnikovi, preklad ma zniet ako original a je teda potrebne vychadzat z SK obchodneho zakonnika.

Aktiva je uctovny pojem, OZ pouziva majetok.
"charge or security" by som kludne prelozil ako zalozne pravo, to jedine im v SK podla mna zodpoveda.
