I can't think of any Slovak word. I don't like vykonavatel, administrator, uskutocnovatel ,whoever zmluvy. What is correct Slovak term?

Asker: It's all about "schem of arrangement" - "zmluva o vyrovnani" and I don't like very much "vykonavatel"+"zmluva", though it is probably the best bet.

Asker: Yes, but the text is about "zmluva o vyrovnani" and it's about the distribution of bank's assets among it's creditors.
