novelty "prvý produkt svojho druhu na trhu" Explanation: This would be my suggestion and this is how I understand the original sentence. IMO, the text says it must be ensured that the product is "new to the market" (that nothing similar was/is sold at the market). Apparently, they don't want to sell/promote the product at markets where there already are products of the same kind. |
