získať licenciu
Explanation:

In-licensing is the activity whereby pharmaceutical companies acquire rights on compounds from other companies, and it complements own research and development.

Benefits to In-licensing:
Reduces the time to market for a new product or service
Significantly reduces the risks and costs involved with substantial R & D
Allows for business expansion by licensing technologies that may provide a new focus area for the business or the addition of complementary new products or services
Enables a company to obtain rights in platform technology to assist in internal R&D activities

Inak, v jednom z odkazov, ktorý google vypľuje pri vyhľadávaní „in-licensing is a partnership that develops“, sa uvádza, že:
Generally, out-licensing involves a process in which a company would offer their technology or product to another company for a license fee. The company which buys the license would pay an upfront payment and later on a monthly, quarterly or yearly license fee.

Z toho mi zase vyplýva to isté, čo vyššie. :-)

agree  Vladimír Hoffman: Jednoznačne. Ešte lepšie je to vidieť vo forme "license in" a "license out". Proste to in a out označuje smer, nič viac v tom nie je.
