Aerospace / Aviation / Space / Skylights booking system for airlines

English term or phrase: PNR Left PENDING by Skylights.
Hello.
I'm working on a localization of an airline web-site from and I've come across one sentence in their booking section developed by Skylights. As I've read this booking system is used by many airlines so the occurence should be quite common.

Could anybody translate or explain me the sentence?

Thank you.
