"Mainstreaming is the process of harnessing and developing the capacity of anorganization or sector to respond at the broadest level. It is different from integration, which may involve simply adding or linking an AIDS-specific component orintervention to another development program—or adding a chapter on AIDS to adevelopment plan. Unlike integration, mainstreaming influences an institution’s corebusiness, possibly changing both what is done and how it is done. ovaj se instrument pominje i kao "the principle of mainstreaming", pa mozda je kao podnaslov sasvim moguce napisati "Princip "mainstream" u Agendi itd... " a da deluje decentno.
