English term or phrase: flavor
It is possible to construct general flavor wheels or matrices that account for the major flavor attributes of
foodstuffs in general. Two such wheels are shown in Figures 4.7.4 and 4.7.5, where it can be seen that, while
they are not equivalent, there is a broad similarity between the two. Figure 4.7.4 also includes some typical
flavor molecules associated with each descriptor, whereas Figure 4.7.5 includes taste and mouthfeel as well
as aroma/flavor and also illustrates how primary descriptors can be subdivided.

ukus
Explanation:

Zatim dolaze ukusi (flavour), tj. modifikacija primarnih ukusa. Iz tog razloga degustator uzima mali gutlja vinaj i zadržava ga u ustima dovoljno dugo da bi mućkanjem između obraza i nepca došlo do progresivne promene ukusa vina i jezik primio različite ukuse i aromatične komponente vina (znači, ‘flavour’ podrazumeva i olfaktornu i gustativnu fazu).

Taste is the initial element of the flavour, a general impression, but flavour takes the full sensory enjoyment; once you’ve sniffed and swirled the wine around your mouth, you get an overall picture of the wine. This is the flavor.

(Šematski točak) mirisa (i ukusa) vina

Explanation:
"(Šematski prikaz točka) mirisa (i ukusa) vina".

Asker: A šta mislite na sledeće: taste refers to the senses inside our mouth including our tongue Aroma occurs inside our noses and relates specifically to our sense of smell Flavor is when taste and aroma converge; tako da bude: taste - ukus flavor - ukus i miris ; https://winefolly.com/tips/taste-vs-flavor-vs-aroma/
