ground rent закупнина за најам земљишта Explanation: exactly the same as you would pay rent for business or residential premises the main difference being that most often the ground rent is some small purely symbolic amount - a "peppercorn rent" -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 day 6 hrs (2019-09-07 23:53:32 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Given that the system of property ownership in England and Wales (but NOT in Scotland) has categories that you won't find in continental Europe (like "leasehold/freehold") and that you probably don't get some huge of volume of translations into Serbian involving this particular system of land ownership, I doubt that there is any "established" translation for "ground rent" as used in the leasehold / freehold system of ownership HERE it's ***NOT*** the same kind of "rent" you would pay if you want to rent a field to grow some crop or feed animals. It's a rent paid by a leaseholder of an apartment to the freeholder for the use of the land on which the building is standing. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 day 6 hrs (2019-09-07 23:59:48 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- "gound rent" is part of leasehold contracts that are usually for 125 years, some being for as long as 999 years - not the same kind of "rent" as "renting some land" for a year or two ... |
