• To ensure that the audience profile of third-party websites is 70% above the LPDA, the following methods must be used in the order in which they appear below:

a. A “registered user” database incorporating an age-confirmation element, the Operating Companies can use the third-party website’s registered user database to ensure that only consumers who have registered as being at or above the LPDA will receive or have access to our commercial communications; or
b.
A syndicated data source such as ComScore, Nielsen Net Rating or Synovate will be used consistently, and shall be a first preference, to evaluate the audience profile to manage placement on the site. If the primary source used does not have the required research on the site, then another of the syndicated data sources can be used.
