proučila sam Zakon o privrednim društvima RS. Ne pominje se izričito ništa slično, ali se pominju obaveze članova koje se definišu u Osnivačkom aktu. Budući da je ovde reč o stranom društvu, ako je u njihovom zakonodavstvu to uobičajeno, ovakav prevod bi bio u redu.
