disagree  Daryo: ослобађање as a translation for discharging [not of s.t. else]? possibly if it's about "discharging a prisoner" // разрешење OK if it's about being "discharged from the job/fired" - you see any of that in this text???

-> I strongly disagree that "oslobađanje" is only used in the context of discharging a prisoner.
