The monthly turnover of the tenant shall be determined taking account of the following: the fiscal daily report (the "z" report) issued by the fiscal machine, the quarterly fiscal report together with an own liability statement of the tenant signed by the legal representative and certified by the financial director of the tenant, confirming the notified turnover, under the sanction of applying for each day of delay.
