Зашел я на сайт этого колледжа. Получается, что fellow - это никак не стипендиат. В принципе, это тот же член колледжа (c "membership"), но у которого больше прав и привилегий. Учитывая определение ниже, рука чешется написать "член совета колледжа" или "старший член колледжа" (звучит жутко), но все же предлагаю использовать "действительный член колледжа..." и "член колледжа", а объяснение их отличий дать в сноске.
