If a Party learns of any infringement of any Rights of the other Party or learns of a Third Party claim alleging that such Party's use of the Rights of the other Party infringes the Rights of such Third Party, such Party will promptly notify the other Party thereof. The relevant Party reserves the right at its sole dis-cretion to institute any proceedings against those Third Party infringers. The other Party agrees to cooperate fully in any action to be taken by the rele-vant Party against such Third Parties. - В случае выявления одной Стороной какого-либо нарушения каких-либо прав другой Стороны или претензии Третьего лица о том, что использование такой Стороной прав , принадлежащих другой Стороне, нарушает права такого Третьего лица, такая Сторона обязана незамедлительно уведомить об этом другую Сторону. Соответствующая Сторона сохраняет за собой право по единоличному усмотрению возбудить судебное разбирательство против таких нарушителей прав Третьего лица. Другая Сторона соглашается полностью поддерживать соответствующую Сторону в любых действиях, которые соответствующая Сторона предпримет против таких Третьих лиц.
Вопрос: не совсем понятно, нарушаются права третьих лиц, тогда Одна сторона будет помогать другой в судебном процессе против первой?
