с привлечением в качестве арбитра частного лица Explanation: Arbitration, a form of alternative dispute resolution (ADR), is a legal technique for the resolution of disputes outside the courts, where the parties to a dispute refer it to one or more persons (the "arbitrators", "arbiters" or "arbitral tribunal"), by whose decision (the "award") they agree to be bound. Private party - means that the arbitrator does not belong to any government body, or institution. Reference: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arbitration |

Частный арбитраж Explanation: Все таки после долгого раздумья, и прочитав ваши следующие вопросы, я склоняюсь к версии частный арбитраж. Я для интереса еще раз просмотрел некоторые судебные решения по этому поводу (A FOCUS ON UNINCORPORATED BUSINESSES: NOTE: The Constitution v. Arbitration: Rollings v. Thermodyne And A Proposal For A New Alternative To Arbitration) которые под словосочетанием private party arbitration подразумывают частный арбитраж -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 20 hrs (2011-07-24 11:51:51 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- http://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Арбитражный_суд |
