Вы считаете, что директор просто должен не нарушать закон? Или же он всё-таки должен не просто не нарушать закон, но ещё при этом действовать так, чтобы приносить Компании наибольшую пользу, выгоду и т.п. что и называется действовать в лучших интересах кого-либо?

К слову сказать понятие "законный интерес" в нашем праве несколько размыто, но как правило, это подразумевает "основанный на норме закона", "защищен�
