English to Russian Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

The Parties intend to intensify their cooperation on a long-term basis to achieve mutual growth.
SAG (Siemens AG) and the companies affiliated to SAG according to § 15 German Stock Corporation Act (“SAG Affiliates”) who have signed an Adoption Agreement (“Supplier”) intend to provide SE (Siemens Energy) and the companies affiliated to SE according to § 15 German Stock Corporation Act and any Carved-out Unit (the latter two a “SE Affiliate”; SE and any SE Affiliate a “Customer”) who have signed an Adoption Agreement for “local to local” Contracts or an Accession Letter (as defined in section 4.2) for “SE local to SAG” with preferred purchasing conditions on a worldwide scale. The Parties intend to enter into this Agreement in order to define the general terms of their relationship.
