Помогите, пожалуйста, перевести "orders on design registrations" в следующем контексте:


9.2.5. In the event of termination by the Seller without cause, payment of Approved Commissions shall continue for all orders on design registrations submitted by Channel Partner and accepted by the Seller prior to the effective date of termination and not cancelled in accordance with Section 9.22 above, which orders are shipped not later than sixty (60) days following the effective date of termination. In the event of termination by Channel Partner, payment of Approved Commissions shall continue for all orders on design registrations submitted by Channel Partner and accepted by the Seller prior to the effective date of termination (or thirty (30) days following notice of termination, whichever is earlier) and not cancelled in accordance with Section 9.22 above, which orders are shipped not later than the effective date of termination (or thirty (30) days following notice of termination, whichever is earlier). All such payments to be subject to all the conditions to payment set forth in this Agreement. No Approved Commissions will be paid following a termination of this Agreement by the Seller for cause.
