Now, to move one or more files to a folder, perform the following steps:

6. Select the folder name from the drop-down or if the user wants to move the files to a new folder, click New folder and save the new folder name. ***The files will appear in the folder name.*** Anyone who will have access permission to the file will be able to view the files in the file cabinet. Viewers will be able to see the name of the file, the description of the file and the information, such as who uploaded the files.
