e.g. using the O365 tools, about emailing links not sending static docs.
How many people send out a ppt and then have to consolidate all the feedback, it’s creates version conflicts, it’s time consuming.
Never send a document again.
Store it in the cloud, and send a link to the editable file to your colleagues.
