In fact, the phrase might mean nothing at all but should sound nice and be pleasing to the customer - like "luchi schastya, olitsetvoreniye radosti, luchezarnoye litso" and the like. Sorry to be so cynical, but there we are.

еще по поводу radiance и illuminators


Explanation:
Правда это не про крем маску, а про тональный крем.

Открыв как-то летом свежий номер Allure я обратила внимание на новый тональный крем Revlon, который называется Skin lights TM face illumination
Он был интересен тем, что если размазать на коже приложенный sample, то видно, что в основе этого крема есть микроскопические блестящие частички (вроде блестящих теней, но такие мелкие, что их просто незаметно). На коже это выглядит очень даже натурально (не какой-нибудь маскарад с блестками).
А в описании есть засчет чего этот блеск достигается:

Skinlights contains light-refracting minerals like rose quartz, mother-of-pearl, topaz and copper, that illumunate your skin instead of covering it up.

Если упомянутая крем-маска оказывает особый эффект типа этого, то можно назвать "крем для естественной подсветки кожи лица"

Я вновь предлагаю высказаться - теперь по поводу существующего клише "блеск кожи". Простите, какие ассоциации вызывает у вас это сочетание? И если кто-то не совсем грамотно перевел изначально, почему мы должны повторять эти глупости?
На мой взгляд, СВЕЖЕСТЬ кожи достаточно близко (хотя и не полностью) передает значение. По крайней мере, я предпочел бы видеть рядом с собой женщину со свежей, но не блестящей кожей.

Да, а вопросик-то оказался не из простых...

Я по поводу клише про "блеск кожи". Я как мужчина (дабы развеять все сомнения по этому поводу) предпочел бы рядом с собой видеть женщину со СВЕЖЕЙ, но не блестящей кожей. Скажите, какие ассоциации вызывает у вас словосочетание "блеск кожи" и какой смысл оно передает? Честное слово, что-то тут не так, хотя и готового варианта у меня, к сожалению, тоже нет.
Да-а, вопросик-то оказался с подковыркой.
