Прошу прощения, что не ответил раньше, только сейчас увидел Ваш вопрос.
В случае с Talent Participations, честно сказать, я затрудняюсь ответить. Эти термины, видимо, иногда употребляются как синонимы. Это вопрос, скорее, к носителю языка.
Так что право выбора - целиком за Вами :)
