Если же написано именно так: "top-top side", то можно предположить, что входные/выходные патрубки/сопла насосов расположены по принципу: "сверху - сверху и сбоку", т.е. всасывающий/входной патрубок/сопло расположен и направлен вверх, а напорный/выходной - вверх и в сторону
